The last thing the app shows you before Home is a caricature at a petrol pump. E20 is the mandated blend at most pumps now, and twenty percent ethanol corrodes fuel lines and knocks older engines. It is the single thing most likely to end a Himalayan ride, so it gets the one interstitial we allow ourselves.
A rally point is the plan for when the plan fails. Agreed before you leave. If comms drop, everyone rides to the next one and waits. No phone required.
A base you keep for three nights is one booking, not three. Rest days are marked. Who paid and what each rider owes carries straight through to the money.
Amounts are held as integer paise, so a six-way split of ₹100 never loses a rupee to rounding. Twenty categories, each with its own default payer.

Roll out only works when you're actually at the start. If GPS can't confirm it, the ride leaves anyway. A bad fix should never hold up a convoy.
Positions ride their own lane so they arrive even when everything else is queued. A rider who joins late still sees where everyone is, not an empty map.
Positions publish over MQTT on a channel separate from application traffic, with a retained snapshot per rider, so a late joiner receives the current state of the convoy on connect rather than waiting for the next beacon.
A crash alert goes to the riders closest to you first, with your position, your bearing and your blood group. If there is no signal, it queues and fires the moment any rider in the convoy gets a bar.

Crash detection is on unless you turn it off. The default protects the rider who never opened settings.
A rider can post a resting notice and rejoin. A coordinator can take a rider off the ride without anyone raising an alarm.
Every screen reads from disk first. Every action you take is written locally and syncs when the road gives you a bar back. Nothing you do is lost because a mountain got in the way.
Reads are cache-then-network. Writes are idempotent and queued with a client-generated key, so a retry after a dropped connection can never double-post an expense. Conflicts resolve on a per-record version counter.
Every safety default is on, and every one of them is yours to change. Location sharing is scoped to the trip and ends when the trip does. Your data can be exported or deleted from inside the app, without emailing anyone.
